Airtable consultant for bases that outgrew whoever built them
Most Airtable work we're called in for isn't a fresh start. It's a base that began as one person's tracker, grew six tables and forty automations, and is now load-bearing for a business that can't afford it to break.
$1,500, fixed. One week. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us.

What we do with Airtable
- Base architecture. Restructuring tables and relationships so the thing stops fighting you at scale. It's usually the fix when reports are slow and records keep duplicating.
- Automations and integrations. Connecting Airtable to the CRM, the store, the accounting system and the inbox, through Make or n8n where Airtable's native automations run out.
- Interfaces. Giving each team a view that shows only their work, so nobody needs a tour of the schema to do their job.
- Migration. From Google Sheets, from a spreadsheet nobody trusts, or out of Airtable when it's genuinely the wrong tool.
- Rescue. Inherited a base and can't tell what's safe to change? We document it before touching anything.
A base doing real work
For Wholesale Universe we moved client management off Google Sheets into Airtable, with a dedicated base per client holding manifests, sales reports and live dashboards, wired to Make so product data, invoices and CRM records stayed in sync without anyone re-typing them. It was part of removing about a thousand hours of manual work in six months.
Other platforms we work in
1,000 hours of manual work removed from one client in six months
Wholesale Universe, a 200-person Amazon store management firm, was onboarding clients by hand, reconciling invoices by hand and uploading product data by hand. We rebuilt all three across Make, Airtable, Close CRM and PandaDoc. They kept us on support afterwards.
Questions
Is Airtable the right tool for us?
Often, but not always. If you need strict permissions, heavy reporting or millions of records, we'll say so and point at the alternative rather than build you something that will hurt in a year.
Can you work in a base we already have?
Yes, and that's most of what we do. We document before changing anything.
What does it cost?
Same as everything else here: $1,500 audit, builds $8,000–$15,000, support $1,500–$3,000/month.
Start with the audit
One week, fixed price, no commitment to anything after it. You get a map of your manual work, a costed list of what's worth automating, and an honest note about what isn't. The fee comes off the build if you go ahead.
